Billing, refunds and privacy

These terms cover what you buy from G.L.O LLC ("we"): Professor GLO and the G.L.O Booking Assistant. Questions go to glo.systems.hq@gmail.com.

Billing

Payments are taken by card through Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Prices are in US dollars.
You see the price before you pay. If a price changes, we email you before the new price applies, and you can cancel first.
Charges show on your statement as GLO LLC.

Cancel any time by emailing us. There is no contract and no cancellation fee.
When you cancel, the plan stops renewing and you keep access until the end of the month you already paid for.

If you were charged by mistake, or the service did not work as described, email us within 14 days of the charge and we refund it.
A setup fee for the Booking Assistant is refunded in full if we do not deliver the setup we quoted.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

What we keep: your name, email, and the details you give us to run the service (for example your Discord username, or your business's contact details).
Payments: handled by Stripe. We see the amount and the last four digits of the card, never the full number.
What we do with it: run the service, answer you, and send billing notices. We do not sell your information.
Delete it: email us and we delete your information, except records the law makes us keep for taxes.

Use the services lawfully and do not resell them without our written OK.
